How We Do It

Organisation Model

The delivery of the services to our beneficiaries is a process based on the adopted model that has an entry point and an exit point.  This model shows that our services want to ensure that, upon entering our care and support programmes, the at-risk child / youth should exit the programme being a stable and emotionally balanced, positive-minded and responsible citizen of South Africa who is driven by the passion of wanting to add value in his/her country.  Furthermore, alongside the programmes, are the support systems that support, inform, guide and evaluate us in our way of delivering the intended programmes.

Process of the Model

01

Identify beneficiaries

Identification of vulnerable children, adolescent and young people (AYP) and Vulnerable Families

02

Household Needs Assessment

Using Strength-based Assessment Tools conduct a household needs assessment and identify appropriate Intervention Plan

03

Provide appropriate services

Facilitate the development of an appropriate Intervention Plan (Individual / Family Care Plan) AND Implementation thereof

04

05
